The Sage Hearthstone was born from a simple, powerful truth I witnessed time and again across organizations: when people feel supported and processes feel clear, extraordinary work flourishes.

For years, I worked within teams navigating tangled information, unclear workflows, and the constant hum of "How do I find that?" or "Who knows how to do this?" I saw brilliant people spending more energy navigating systems than doing their core, impactful work. I saw organizations with incredible knowledge trapped in silos, outdated documents, or the minds of departing employees.

But a specific, recurring challenge became the clear catalyst for this consultancy. So many organizations, especially when adopting a new platform or undergoing a major transition, simply do not have the dedicated support or internal staff to do the complex, detailed work of migration and system design. Teams are already at capacity, and the crucial work of thoughtfully moving knowledge, redesigning processes, and enabling people for a new environment falls to the margins, often leading to frustration, wasted investment, and lost potential.

I realized this wasn't just a gap in resources; it was a gap in grounded insight and genuine guidance.
